Club fundraising chairman Ross Mannion’s latest venture is titled ‘Cash for clobber’. Further to the successful and ongoing scrap metal collection, Ross has now launched the next wave of environmentally friendly recycling fundraisers, this time we are looking for your unwanted clothing. Your old and/or unwanted bags, shoes, hats, belts, towels, curtains, bed linen (sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers but not duvets), jumpers, trousers, shirts, suits, dresses, socks, underwear, etc.
Please just gather your clobber, put it a bag and drop it to The Record Room or The Style Emporium in Grattan Street.
