No doubt, the miracle of the loaves and fishes crossed the minds to the club’s International Tickets Sub-Committee as they had the unenviable task of allocating the club’s totally inadequate supply of International tickets for the recent Internationals, and especially for next Saturday’s game in Croke Park against Wales. With such a huge number of applicants, it is understandable that many were disappointed. However, priority was given to fully paid up members, who are active workers in the club, and who support the club’s monthly draw. The President wishes to thank the International Tickets Sub-Committee of Michael Storey [Chair.], Brian Mullan, Vincent O’Brien and Rory Raftery for all their work, and for meticulously adhering to the guide-lines for ticket allocation laid down by the Committee of the club.
